Introduction

  As the environmental pollution, the water quality is worse and worse, the tradition copper heat exchanger usually corroded very quickly.

 

  Titanium has the super strong corrosion resistant ability. Our titanium heat exchanger use seamless pure titanium tubeas heat conductor, can ensure the titanium heat exchanger can be used for a long time, without any cost in the after-sale services.

 

  Due to its good properties ,the titanium heat exchanger widely used in:

Swimming pool equipment, Aquarium chiller, Marine refrigerant system, Solar energy heater, Aquaculture, Pharmacy, Food industry, Electroplating industry and some heat recovery from the waste water or exhaust gas.

 

Patent structure design: --Molded cups titanium heat exchanger

 

1) The cups molding by high quality PVC material . All the parts RoHS conformance .

2) Due to its perfect structure design, the PVC shell can stand high working pressure. The max working pressure can be 1.2 Mpa, and the bursting pressure can be 2.3Mpa.

3) Its loading capacity can pass the CE, UL, ETL requirement, 130,000 times alternating pressure test(Low pressure 0 bar, high pressure 8 bar) shows it can be used more than 15 years.

4) Good appearance, more safe in using, high efficient of heat transfer, easy for installation.

Heat transfer tube:

1) Pure seamless titanium tube . Thickness 0.6 mm. The Grade is TA1.

2) The titanium coil pressure loading capacity was designed base R410a high pressure work condition, The max. working pressure is 52 bar. and the extreme pressure was 360bar in our test.

3) 130,000 times alternating pressure (Low pressure 0 bar, high pressure 52bar) test shows it can be used more than 15years. Never  corrosion.
